A very strong and durable material, Alconite is the latest in a long line of ceramic rings developed by Fuji. Alconite is so durable it can be made thinner than any other ring, so strong it will hold up to all kinds of fishing demands. Alconitehas 80% greater compression strength and is 20% lighter than aluminum oxide, making it one of the toughest rings used for fishing as well as one of the lightest.

The Hardloy guide is Fuji's most popular guide and is produced from a special blend of high grade aluminum oxide. All Hardloy guides are diamond polished for decreased line wear and permanently mounted to the frame. This results in increased performance, corrosion resistance and greater heat dissipation.
