SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the within the contiguous 48 US States via UPS Ground service.
- Twtackle will ship your order once the payment have been cleared.
- Twtackle will ship your order within 2 business days.
- Costumer will get an email with the tracking number after the order have been shipped.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
- All returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product.
- Twtackle.net will allow exchange or refund on merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping and Handling Fee is non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an error caused by Twtackle.net or the shipping carrier. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
- All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. RMA number is valid for 10 days.
- Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed.
- All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition. Items missing its original packaging CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned, at the customer’s expense, to Twtackle. Please contact our sales office if you wish to return an item.
- ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL! (No Returns or Exchanges.)
- Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable.
- Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to Twtackle.net once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code or serial number.
- Special orders are NOT returnable.
- Twtackle reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item if the product has been used.
- Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card account number after we receive the item. Allow 2 to 3 business day for processing.
Manufacturers' Warranties
Many of the products available through Twtackle.net are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
